Thomas Felts Leadership Award, considered the top award for SAMS graduates, will also be announced at the graduation ceremony.
The graduation speaker is Brig. Gen. Robert F. Whittle, Jr., commandant of the U.S. Army Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and a SAMS alumnus of the Class of 2003.
